Until then, he worked for Franmax and has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications (he worked at Telia Lietuva, Omnitel, Teo and also in the financial sector – he worked for the investment and private banking group Finasta for almost seven years).

Andrius Kavaliauskas holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in International Business which he acquired at Vilnius University. Since 1 June 2019, Haroldas Nausėda has been a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis and Chief Business Customer and Development Officer at Ignitis.

Haroldas is also a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Eesti Ou, a Member of the Management Board of Ignitis Suomi Oy, a member of the Council of the National Lithuanian Energy Association.

Haroldas Nausėda has been working in the energy sector for 13 years. During his career in the energy sector, Haroldas held various management positions in various energy organisations. On 1 June 2019, he became a Member of the Management Board of UAB “Ignitis” and was responsible for working with business customers and development. Until then, he headed the commercial and development departments of UAB “Lietuvos energijos tiekimas” and UAB “Lietuvos dujų tiekimas”, and was a Member of the Management Board of the IT company UAB “Technologijų ir inovacijų centras”. From 2012 to 2014, he held the position of the General Manager of UAB “GET Baltic”, a company performing the function of a regional natural gas exchange, until then he headed the Contact Centre of AB “Lietuvos dujos”.

Tadas Adomaitis is a Member of the Management Board and Chief Wholesale Officer at Ignitis.

Tadas Adomaitis started his career in the energy sector in 2007. In 2012, he started working for Klaipedos Nafta, where he contributed to the development of the LNG terminal project, and, since 2013, he has become the Commercial Director of the designated supplier LITGAS. Later, he worked for more than two years as the Director of the Customer Portfolio Management Department of Energijos Tiekimas. In 2018 he became the Head of LITGAS, and when the company was merged with Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas, he became the Director of the Supply Department.

Tadas Adomaitis studied at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University and obtained a master's degree in Regional Policy in the European Studies programme. He later studied at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Latvia, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration. He also completed a training programme for members of the management board at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Salietis, who has 7 years of executive experience, joined Ignitis Group in 2011. Since 1 February he holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer. He is the Chair of the Management Boards of NT Valdos and UAB Elektroninių mokėjimų agentūra, and the Chair of the Supervisory Board of UAB "Ignitis". He is also a member of the Management Board of UAB "Gamybos optimizavimas" and a member of the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Polska Sp. z o.o.

Vidmantas gained his executive experience in energy sector. He held the position of General Manager at Energijos Tiekimas. Previously, he was the Director of the Electricity Wholesale Division at Ignitis Gamyba.

Mr. Salietis obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE Riga).

Vidmantas Salietis owns 200 shares of Ignitis Group.

Mantas launched his career in Lietuvos Dujos, later he had an internship in German energy group of companies. After returning to Lithuania, he was working in strategic positions at Lietuvos Dujos, where he served as an executive team member and was responsible with investor relations, state authorities and the regulator as well as integration of Lietuvos Dujos into Lietuvos Energija (now Ignitis Group).

Before transitioning to the current position of Head of Business Development at Ignitis Group, Mantas served as a CEO at Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas (later Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas), where he was responsible for regulated energy supply acitivites, business development abroad, restructuring of the company and optimisation.

Mantas earned master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Vilnius University.

Mantas is bringing his extensive and valuable experience as well as an ability to effectively cooperate with key stakeholders, he also has extensive experience as a member of collegial bodies at Ignitis Group companies.

Integrated business model

Ignitis Group is a renewables-focused integrated utility, benefiting from the largest customer portfolio, energy storage facility and network in the Baltics. Ignitis Group is active in the Baltic states, Poland and Finland. We are leveraging our largest customer portfolio, energy storage facility, and network in the Baltics. We are utilising our integrated business model to maximise potential and:

deliver 4–5 GW of installed green generation and green flexibility capacity by 2030;

expand a resilient and efficient network that enables electrification;

utilise and further expand our customer portfolio to enable the Green Capacities build-out;

contribute to the security of the energy system.
